📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 200–300 (depending on location)

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 3,000 (optional — edit if needed)

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

📍 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your parcel easily.

❌ Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
